We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including platform updates, database enhancements, or feature alterations.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and credentials. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium, including by any automated or non-automated scraping.

• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.

• Using the service for any commercial solicitation purposes or violating intellectual property rights of Fabeke ApS.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fabeke ApS, its officers, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Denmark, with the local venue in Vojens, Denmark.
